Yes, everyone is welcome to join the team! Please remember it’s ok to make adjustments during the workout... add extra rest time or modify exercises when needed.
You'll need 2 x dumbbells and a medium strength mini band. If you don't have dumbbells, don't stress - you can use big plastic water bottles, large bottles of laundry detergent or even a bag of potatoes! Get creative and I promise you'll still have a great workout!
I suggest beginners start with 2-4kg dumbbells and if you are more advanced with weighted workouts then challenge yourself with 6-8kg.
Yes, but remember to listen to your body - lots of stretching and slow walks can help keep your body in its best condition.
Take a photo of yourself on 01.03.2021. Then take a photo of yourself on 28.03.2021.
