Terms and Conditions Giveaway Growingannanas

Participation in the competition of @growingannanas, hereinafter referred to as "Growingannanas", is free of charge and is governed exclusively by the following conditions of participation.

§1 Competition

1.1 The "Win 5-day holiday at Cora Cora Maldives" competition is operated by the Instagram channel @growingannanas, Grow with Anna GmbH (hereinafter: "Growingannanas"), Gewerbepark West 20, 8504 Preding, Austria, from 01.11.2022 to 06.11.2022.

Five nights stay for 2 adults in Lagoon Villa at CoraCora Maldives with Premium All Inclusive - Gourmet Meal Plan with the inclusive services and restrictions described in section 4.3. will be provided. 

1.2 The competition is in no way connected with Instagram. There is no sponsorship, support or other organizational assistance on the part of Instagram for the implementation of the competition. Questions, comments or complaints regarding this competition should not be directed to Instagram, but to support@growwithanna-shop.com. 

1.3 Growingannanas reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice for legitimate reasons. Growingannanas will make use of this possibility in particular if for technical reasons or for legal reasons a proper execution of the competition cannot be guaranteed. If such termination is caused by the conduct of a participant, Growingannanas may claim compensation from this person for the damage incurred. There is no right to participate in the competition.

§2 Participation

2.1 Persons who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate.

2.2 Requirements for participation in the competition are:

• Like the photo of 1st of November 2022.
• Follow the Instagram profiles of @growingannanas @fyndafit and @coracoramaldives
• Tag your travel buddy in the comments under the photo of 1st of November 2022. 
• Share the photo of 1st of November 2022 in your Instagram Story 

An infinite number of entries per participant can be made by commenting and tagging another person under the post. Participation is only possible within the participation period. Entries received after the closing date will not be taken into account in the draw. Participation in the competition is free of charge.

2.3 The duration of the competition is from 01.11.2022 until 06.11.2022 11:59AM (CET). Within this period, users on Instagram will be given the opportunity to participate in the competition.

§3 Exclusion from the competition

3.1 Employees of Growingannanas and subsidiaries or sister companies, participating cooperation partners and their relatives are excluded from participation.

3.2 In the event of a violation of these terms and conditions, Growingannanas reserves the right to exclude persons from the competition.

3.3 In particular, persons who use unauthorized aids or otherwise attempt to gain advantages through manipulation will be excluded. In such cases, winnings may also be subsequently disallowed and reclaimed.

3.4 Growingannanas reserves the right to exclude persons from the competition, in particular in the case of participation with untrue or incomplete personal information.

§4 Execution and settlement

4.1 One winner will be determined at random from all comments made with the required markings within the scope of this competition. The winner will be notified by Growingannanas on Instagram via direct message.

4.2 If the winner does not respond within 48 hours after the announcement according to section 4.1, the claim to the prize will expire and a new winner will be determined. 

4.3 The winner will receive:

5 Nights stay for 2 adults in Lagoon Villa at CoraCora Maldives with Premium All Inclusive - Gourmet Meal plan plus a 45 minute couple's massage. 

Valid stay dates are: 

1st May 2023 – 30th September 2023

4.4 The prize is non-transferable and can only be redeemed once. Prize is only available during the periods specified, blackout dates may apply. Cash payment is excluded. The sale, auction or manipulation of the prize is not permitted. A change of the prize is not possible. 

4.5 International flights as well as seaplane transfer are not included. Return Seaplane Transfer for 2 persons & Green Tax to be charged upon arrival for all guests.

§5 Data protection and declaration of consent

5.1 Growingannanas points out that all personal data of the participants will neither be passed on to third parties nor given to them for use without consent.

5.2 In the event of a win, the winners agree to the publication of his/her names and place of residence in the advertising media used by Growingannanas. This includes the announcement of the winner on Growingannanas social media platforms.

5.3 The participants may revoke his/her declared consent at any time. The revocation must be made in writing to support@growwithanna-shop.com. After revocation of the consent, the collected and stored personal data of the participant will be deleted immediately.

§6 Liability

6.1 Growingannanas is released from all obligations towards the winners/participants at the latest with the delivery of the prize. Growingannanas is not responsible for defects in quality or title of the prize. The same applies if Growingannanas is unable to provide the prize due to personal circumstances.

§7 Miscellaneous

7.1 Questions or complaints in connection with the giveaway should be addressed to Growingannanas at support@growwithanna-shop.com. The giveaway of Growingannanas is exclusively subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Austria.

7.2 Should individual provisions of the conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation shall remain unaffected.

§8 Legal process

8.1 Legal recourse is excluded.
