FAQs
Can I put the bottle into the dishwasher?
No. Since we decided to go for the beautiful velvet finish, YOUR BOTTLE is not suitable for the dishwasher. We recommend cleaning it every day with hot water and using a small spuli for the straw.
Can I leave the bottle in the sun?
We recommend you don't leave your bottle out in the sun, so it looks like new for as long as possible
Can I clean the bottle and straw separately?
Sure you can easily detach the straw from the bottle and even use it without the straw, however you prefer to stay hydrated.
How much are the shipping costs?
Since we're a small start-up, we can't cover the shipping costs. However, we've got your back by reducing them to 3,90€ for Germany, the shipping costs to all the other countries of the EU are calculated at checkout.
Are you shipping worldwide?
Grow with Anna shop currently offers restricted shipping for our products to customers from the European Union only. We hope to change this in the future, for now, we appreciate your understanding.
What is the return policy?
We do everything passionately and invest much love into our products. We appreciate you choosing your pieces carefully before you order. That way, you only receive products you really want.

Returns are accepted within 14 days starting from the arrival and the shipping costs for returns have to be paid by the customer.
As soon as an accepted return arrives, we will refund the money the same way you sent it to us within fourteen days.
